Decided to check this place out given its good reviews. I was not disappointed. Service was prompt and friendly. The water was clear and cold and served via a bottle for the table. Next, the WARM bread came. It was delightful. The crust was more flaky than crispy and the inside was like a cloud. Served with real butter. I ordered the lasagna and it came out after a short wait in a single serve baking dish. The ingredients were fresh and it was piping hot. Quite honestly the best lasagna I have had in a long time. In my opinion, the individual baking dishes are the best way to have it. The noodles were properly cooked, the cheese was gooey, the tomato sauce was nicely colored and tasted fresh, and there was a good balance of meat. This place is definitely worth the visit. I heard another table talking about how good their food was as well.
The food was amazing ! Everything we ate was fantastic. We had an issue with the order and the owner personally remade a totally different dish and it was fabulous. Authentic food and great flavor!!! I'm from out of state and I'll be back!
So yummy! First time in DC and this place was a wonderful experience! Even as a solo diner :) Service was so kind and attentive. Food was AMAAAAAZING. and the vibe is very laid back (not like a bar laid back but just very calm and easy going). If I ever make it back to DC I will definitely come here again!
We really enjoyed a good quality delicious Halal food. Fettuccine Alfredo the best one,fisherman platter tastes awesome. Everything we had was worth eating with good taste.
